Omar has over 15 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience in the Automotive, Electrical and Electronic Industries. Before joining NEOTech, and during his career at Electrical Components International and Illinois Tool Works, Omar held several operations leadership positions in the Mexico & USA facilities. Before his appointment to General Manager of the NEOTech Tijuana site, he led the Operations & Continuous Improvement team as Director for Agave II, tasked with the critical responsibility to understand and execute product manufacturing to meet and exceed customer needs. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial and Computer Sciences Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Cd. Juarez. Outside of work, Omar enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and traveling. He also enjoys hitting the gym and practicing boxing!
