At NEOTech, you can request information, schedule appointments and tours, and download design guidelines, among other possibilities. When you do, the personal information we collect may include: name, company, job title, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and information about your interests in and use of various products and services.
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser and operating system type, the pages you visit, and how you interact with them. Some of this information is collected by the third-party tools described in “Cookies and the Tools We Use” below.
Our website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
How We Use the Information We Collect

Cookies and the Tools We Use

- Salesforce Account Engagement, formerly Pardot (Salesforce, Inc.) — marketing automation and visitor tracking connected to the forms you submit on our site.
- Google Ads (Google LLC) — advertising measurement and remarketing, used to show our ads to previous site visitors on other websites.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies: Google, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
Your Choices: Cookie Consent and Opt-Out

Your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where our providers transfer personal information from the EU/EEA or UK, they rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Our Commitment to Security; Retention of Information
We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
Information you submit through our forms is stored in our customer-relationship system (Salesforce) so that we can respond to you and maintain our business relationship. We keep these records for as long as we have an active business relationship with you or your company, or a reasonable expectation of one. We review inactive records at least once a year and delete or anonymize records that have had no activity for three years, unless we are required to keep them for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Google Analytics retains individual-level site-usage data for 14 months, after which only aggregated reports remain. Visitor-identification and marketing-automation data (ZoomInfo, Salesforce Account Engagement) is kept on the same schedule as the Salesforce records described above. We may keep information longer where required by applicable law.
Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. This section supplements the information provided elsewhere in this notice. The rights below apply only to residents of the states named; they do not apply to visitors from other states or countries.
Sale and sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, because our site uses advertising cookies (Google Ads remarketing) and shares visit information with our sales and marketing providers (ZoomInfo, Salesforce), this may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or “targeted advertising,” under some state laws. We are based in the United States, and our website is hosted on servers located in the United States. Information you submit to us is stored in the United States. The third-party tools listed above are operated by companies based in the United States; Google may process information on servers in other countries under the safeguards described in its privacy policy and the transfer mechanisms described above. We will treat your information in accordance with applicable federal and state laws of the United States and, where applicable, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
