** Note: NEO Tech is one of a few companies qualified by DSSC “womb-to-tomb”.

We have been audited by agencies such as DSSC as well as by DoD primes. Our team has experience managing and maintaining government furnished equipment (GFE).

With our AS9100 and MIL-PRF 38534 certifications, NEO Tech joins a select group of 15 companies with Class K certification, a subset of the only 41 companies currently certified to manufacture to MIL-PRF 38534. Both our MIL-PRF-38534 certified Class H and K facilities are rated amongst the highest out of an “F” to “K” Class range. The Class scale is used to differentiate levels of quality assurance and indicate a level of reliability for products.

AEHF Satellites – Advanced Extremely High Frequency

With manufacturing experience ranging from low to extremely high-frequency RF products, NEO Tech has manufactured many high-reliability and high-quality space products used in AEHF Satellites. These satellites provide military communications and jointly serve the Armed Forces of the US and its International partners.

Opportunity – Mars Rover

The opportunity has been active on its Mars Mission since 2004. The rover has exceeded its operating plan by 11 years, thanks to the space-qualified products that are surpassing their life expectancy. NEO Tech is proud to have manufactured and assembled some of the products that are being utilized in the Mars Rover.

International Space Station (ISS)

With our Class K certified buildings, we have been able to help NASA partners engineer and manufacture high- reliability space products that will be used in the ISS. Astronaut Robert Behnken toured our production of Lithium Ion Batteries to be used on the ISS.

Space Fence

Space Fence is a U.S. Federal Government space surveillance system. It was implemented to track satellites and space debris in Earth’s orbit. NEO Tech has manufactured space-qualified products for companies that have been contracted to be part of the government’s program.

Space Shuttle

NEO Tech has been partnering with some of the world’s largest Aerospace companies to help them manufacture and assemble space-qualified products, some that have been used in space shuttles.
