Rubi has over a decade of experience in Accounting, Financial analysis, and financial reporting. She has had an exemplary career at NEOTech that started with Cost Accounting, Financial Analyst, and Assistant Corporate Controller, Corporate Controller, and now Chief Financial Officer. Rubi also has had a well-rounded overall career that includes working in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Support functions. This diverse background gives her a deep understanding of product, process, and challenges of electronics industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge and as well as holds a CPA license in the State of California.
Outside of work Rubi enjoys an active lifestyle of Crossfit, running, hiking, and road trips along California’s central coast.
