Emilio joined NEOTech in May 2013 as Director of Engineering for the Agave Site (Juarez, Mexico). In 2017, Emilio received a well-deserved promotion to Global VP of Engineering. Previously he served as Corporate Director of Engineering for EPIC Technologies, and in the same role for SMTC Manufacturing, where he led the Engineering and test team, and helped developing processes and transitioning products across sites in Canada, U.S., Mexico, East Europe, and China. He has also worked for Sanmina SCI as Engineering/Test Manager at the Monterrey facility, and Plexus Corporation, servicing customers in Telecommunications, Computing, Industrial controllers, Automotive and Medical Industry. He brings over 25 years of Electronics Manufacturing experience. Mr. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua.
