The Carlsbad plant is our Ceramics Center of Excellence with 45,000 sq. ft. of electronics manufacturing facility located in Northern San Diego. We focus on applying advanced materials to offer advantages in weight, size, and high frequency performance. Operations include low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) and high-temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) board fabrication, Aluminum Nitride (AIN), Thick Film and multi-layer Substrates.
