At NEOTech, our suppliers are integral to our success and play a critical role in the quality and reliability of the products we deliver to our customers.
We view our suppliers as trusted business partners and are dedicated to maintaining relationships built on collaboration, fairness, and integrity. NEOTech strives to continuously improve how we do business together—welcoming ideas, feedback, and innovation that enhance mutual performance and strengthen our shared commitment to excellence.
Compliance is a cornerstone of how we operate. NEOTech fully adheres to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements to ensure the protection of controlled data and materials throughout every stage of our operations—from design and engineering through manufacturing and distribution.
In alignment with the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC) and Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) 50% Rule, NEOTech has strengthened its internal processes to enhance the screening of all suppliers and customers. This rule expands due-diligence obligations for entities owned 50% or more by restricted parties, even when ownership is indirect. To comply, NEOTech has implemented advanced verification and monitoring protocols to ensure all third-party entities meet these regulatory standards.
We remain steadfast in our responsibility to safeguard national security interests and maintain the highest levels of ethical, legal, and operational compliance across our global supply chain.
If you are a current NEOTech supplier and have questions or require further assistance, please contact your NEOTech Supply Chain team directly. Do not use the General Inquiries contact form.
