NEOTech Otay Mesa has added multiple new high speed surface mount pick and place machines to provide incremental printed circuit card SMT capacity. In addition, new state of the art solder paste printers, reflow ovens, specialty process and test equipment, and advanced manufacturing technologies are being installed. Other investments are being made and these investments continue to support the growing demand for faster time to market requirements and high quality production output within the high reliability markets NEOTech serves.
