David joined the NEO Tech organization in June 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He has previously served as CFO for Dimensional Fund Advisors, LP, Janus Capital Group, Inc., Roundtree Markets, Inc. and for the Texas Bank Region and National Retail Function of First Interstate Bank of Texas, N.A. He brings over 30 years of experience to the position. Mr. Martin has an M.B.A in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University.
