Arturo has over 25 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience in the electrical and electronic industries. Before joining NEOTech, and during his career at Cooper Industries, Arturo held several operations leadership positions in the Juarez Mexico facility and he achieved a certification as Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma by The George Group. After achieving significant improvements in the Juarez Mexico operations he was selected to deploy the Lean Six Sigma Principles by training and coaching the Plant Management teams for all the Cooper Industries factories in Mexico. At NEOTech, Arturo has held several leadership positions in the Continuous Improvement, Operations and Program Management roles. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora.
