NATEL Wins National Customer Service Award

CHATSWORTH, CA – March 3, 2015 – NATEL EMS continues to lead nationally in customer service by winning their seventh straight Service Excellence Award from Circuits Assembly magazine.
In February 2015, NATEL won all five service category awards for EMS companies with revenues between $101 million to $500 million. Over the prior six years, the company also won either the overall service excellence award or swept all five service categories. “This award  recognizes the tremendous job that all  NATEL employees do each day. Exceeding customer expectations has been our ethos and has helped us thrive in both fair and poor economic climates. It is an honor to receive this recognition,” said President/CEO Sudesh Arora.

Circuits Assembly’s Service Excellence Awards are given to EMS companies in categories based on revenues and these specific measures: responsiveness, dependability/timely delivery, manufacturing quality, technology and value.
